Accounting Staff

The Role:

1.      Provide end to end control and ownership of divisional and legal entity balance sheets for identified business area

2.      Deliver full substantiation and reconciliation of general ledger (GL) accounts feeding the balance sheet

3.      Review of month end reporting

4.      Review of compliance and controls including review of segregation of duties

5.      Ensure closing of books of account

6.      Establish robust analytical procedures over the balance sheet & profit and loss account to build understanding of business and its key drivers and flush out any errors in the financials

7.      Identify period end accounting adjustments required

8.      Updating of financial reporting template, drafting of notes of accounts, disclosures, accounting policies adopted, etc.

9.      Finalize financial reports

10.  Prepare and review  statutory returns for filing with government authorities

11.  Co-ordinate for submission of statutory returns to the market for filing

12.  Co-ordinate for conducting audit and providing supporting documents to auditors

13.  Liaison with tax experts for tax provisions

14.  Maintain financial reporting documentation

15.  Prepare/ develop and review SOPs and accounting policies and identify any updates are required. 

Requirements:

1.      Bachelor Accounting Background

2.      2 years experience in Accounting, preferable with experience at Big-5 Accounting Firm

3.      Highly motivated, passionate, initiative, and work with others

4.      Strong in follow up and have sense of urgency

5.      Good in English both written and verbal

Account Payable Staff

The Role

1.      The incumbent will be responsible for handling account payable/order to cash, reconcile and analyze balance sheet account and any other administrative support required.

The Person

1.      Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in Economy / Accounting from a reputable university

2.      Minimum one year work experience in similar position.

3.      Possess analytical capacity, well systematic and planning skill, and good communication, proactive and interpersonal skill.

4.      Good written and verbal English

5.      Computer literacy and familiarity with administrative task
